Only physical products with religious motifs are available on our e-commerce sales platform – wooden and metal icons, pendants, crosses, and related souvenirs. All prices are displayed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include value-added tax (VAT).

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount that will be charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared to the original price stated on our website.

We deliver goods via courier services within the territory of the Republic of Serbia within 1–3 business days from the order confirmation. Deliveries outside Serbia are currently not available. The delivery cost is displayed at the time of order completion. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs regulations.

The customer has the right to file a complaint about the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Complaints must be submitted in writing via e‑mail or to the seller’s address. The seller will respond within 8 days and, if the complaint is justified, offer repair, product replacement, or a refund.

On behalf of Ihtis Ikone LLC, we commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary basic data about customers/users and data required for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality service. We give customers the option to choose, including the possibility to decide whether they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of Ihtis Ikone LLC (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which is currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, and the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s pages. At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.

In case of product returns and refunds to a customer who previously paid by any payment card, either partially or in full, Ihtis Ikone LLC is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will execute the refund to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.

Before payment, the customer will be shown an order summary with the total price. By checking the box “I agree to the terms of purchase,” the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. Payment will not be enabled without checking this box.

All products, descriptions, and photographs on the website are the property of the seller and must not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent of the copyright holder.

The seller reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on this website, and customers are obligated to review them before each purchase.

The seller will not accept orders related to products or activities prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

All disputes arising from this purchase shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.
