The relics of Blessed Matrona of Moscow are currently housed in the Pokrovsky Monastery in Moscow, and a large number of believers gather daily to venerate this great Russian saint. A chapel was built at the site of her grave in the Danilov Monastery, and this place also serves as a pilgrimage site for Orthodox Christians. During her lifetime, the monks of the Holy Trinity-Sergius Lavra considered her to be a saint.
