SAINT NIKOLAJ SRPSKI

Saint Nicholas of Serbia, who is called the “Serbian Chrysostom,” had an incredible gift for missionary preaching and writing, placing him alongside the great John Chrysostom. A great orator, he left behind beautiful fruits, including the members of the “Godly Movement” that he blessed and devoutly organized. After completing his studies in Belgrade and Oxford, he became the bishop of the Žiča Diocese. He is known for his sermons, books, and essays, in which he deeply explored faith, history, and philosophy. During World War II, he was imprisoned in a concentration camp, and after the war, he lived in emigration, where he continued to write and preach Christian values.
